With Doctini QuadNova offers two types of services.

Digitalization of your documents

Our well trained service staff will scan your documents and upload them to Doctini. Documents will be indexed with keywords and categorized based on their content and your instructions. All you need to do is send us your documents. Or let us schedule pick-up via UPS. Depending on delivery times it ususally takes 2 - 5 working days until your documents are available online for searching and browsing.

Pricing of this service is based on the volume of documents to be digitized.

Archival of your documents

For archival of documents we will offer monthly plans for below $100. All plans will have the same Doctini functionality:

• Uploading PDF or TIFF files
• Storing uploaded files in the Doctini archive
• Creating unlimited documents from uploaded files
• Assign indexes and categories to documents
• Search documents based on their metadata
• Share documents with other users of your account

The plans will differ in:

• Number of users for your account
• Support channels available
• Backup configuration
