Doctini is a web-based document management tool that allows you to scan, store, retrieve and manage all of your business paperwork. Whether your company is lare or small, a web-based arrangement saves time and money and ensures ongoing system reliability and support.

Because Doctini resides on the World Wide Web, it is incredibly simple to use. If you have a high speed Internet connection, you are half way there. Just log onto our website with your unique user name and password and you will have 24x7x365 accessibility from any on-site work station, remote PC, laptop or PDA. Documents can be viewed simultaneously by as many people as necessary.

Scanning and Indexing

Doctini works by converting traditional paper files into electronic images and saving them in redundant data centers. Organizing your customers' information is easy because you can assign unlimited unique index values with drop down lists. The result is simple, quick, and accurate indexing of your images.

There are two ways to put documents into your Doctini account: you can either upload electronic documents and they will be immediately available or you can send us your paper documents and they will be digitized by our Scan Center and be available within 2-5 working days.

Retrieval

With Doctini, you can retrieve documents from any Internet connection without using special software or viewers. Quickly access all the information stored in your electronic archive by searching any combination of index values.

Audit Trail

Our convenient audit trails provide a complete history of all activity for each document in the system, from the original capture date and time to each subsequent instance the document is viewed or an index is changed. These audit trails also include user identity/network IP address for remote users.
